Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Shipping is limited to the USA due to wood related issues crossing boarders. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. No free shipping is available at this time. Delivery Times listed on site specify the lead time for completing the production of the product to then be shipped out. Estimated delivery dates will be determined once the item has shipped out. Tracking information will be provided to customer for all purchases.
Returns and Refunds
The Small Print
All stock items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase so long as there are no damages after delivery and no alterations have been made to the item. Cost of shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping item back to artist for return. Refunds are processed once the item is returned to the artist and evaluated for damages. Should the item not be able to be returned to stock, a refund will not be granted. Clear communication will be provided throughout the entire return process.

Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exclusions include damaged before/during delivery, incorrect design on the items, or incorrect item being shipped to you.
