Do you offer gift certificates?
At this time, we do not offer any gift certificates or gift cards, however we will in the very near future! If you're interested in alternative methods of gifting someone an option from the site, please contact us for details!
What are the payment options?
We happily accept Paypal through online services. Should you have a different preferred method of payment, please feel free to contact us for more details! No personal checks are accepted.
What is your return policy?
All stock items are available for a return and refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available on the cost of shipping. All refunds are processed after the items are returned without issue. No refunds are available for products that were damaged after delivery. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping (some exceptions apply). Any item that is customized is non-returnable and refunds are determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of the artist.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, shipping is only available within the USA due to wood related concerns while going through customs.
